TOGC8X, 13X & 45X
The TOGC8X, 13X & 45X are corona discharge ozone generators with variable output complete with an integrated oxygen concentrator and compressor. These models produce up to 8g/h, 13g/h or 45g/h, respectively, for smaller industrial ozone applications.
OZONE TECHNOLOGY: TOGC8X, 13X & 45X
The TOGC8X, 13X and 45X ozone generators are wall-mountable, air-cooled units specifically designed for industrial use. The system incorporates function indicators, feed gas flowmeter, oxygen concentrator and variable output control.
The unit incorporates a compressor driven oxygen concentrator with automatically regenerated desiccant columns and all necessary flow control equipment.
HOW IT WORKS
Ozone is produced when oxygen gas is passed over the ceramic dielectric of an ozone generating module. The module is powered by a high voltage/high frequency power board. A variable module power supply enables electronic control of the ozone production rate using the control knob located on the front of the enclosure or by a 4 - 20 mA external signal.
The electronic power board is designed for continuous operation, with the added safety feature of ‘fold back’ short circuit protection.
The ceramic dielectric is housed within a finned heat sink block which is air cooled by fan assisted atmospheric air.
